Shipping & Returns

Delivery times and charges

We aim to ship items within 24 hours of ordering.

Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock.  These items will be backordered and shipped out once they arrive in stock.  Rest assured, any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will also be promptly notified.

If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 days please contact us so we can follow up and get your goods to you as soon as possible. 

We want to keep your delivery charge to a minimum so our rates vary accordingly. Please note, orders to Waiheke, Stewart and Great Barrier Islands will incur additional freight charges.

Returns and exchanges

We will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and hassle free as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

Faulty products must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date. We will refund your postage costs in returning the product to us and happily exchange or offer a refund or credit if the item is no longer available.

Order Cancellations

Placed an order but want to cancel the order before it is sent to you? No problem! Simply contact us quoting your order number and we'll cancel the order for you.

Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to three working days for the credit to appear on your statement.
