Zippy Packaging Rewards Programme

Once you've registered with us, you'll be able to participate in our Rewards Programme.

Earn points by shopping online

The number of points you earn is based on the value of your order (exclusive of GST and shipping).

For every $1 spent, you earn 1 Reward Point

Each Reward Point is worth 5 cents

Reward points are added to your account when your order is shipped and they can be spent on future orders

Where do I find my Reward Points balance?

Sign into your account and your Reward Points Balance will appear under the trophy sign in the centre of your screen.

You can also find your balance from the home page by clicking on the down arrow next to your name at the top of the website on your right side.

Spend Your Points

To spend your points, simply login then add products to your cart. When you're ready to checkout, click "Cart" on the top right hand corner and here you will have the opportunity to choose whether you'd like to use your reward points and the amount of points you'd like to use towards your purchase. Terms and Conditions

Earning points

Zippy Packaging Reward Points are only awarded and redeemed online at www.zippypackaging.co.nz. They are available whether payment is made by credit card, bank transfer or on account. Points are awarded for product purchases at the rate of 1 point per $1 of retail product price exclusive of GST.

Redeeming points

Reward Points may be redeemed at the rate of $1 for 20 points as a discount off the cost of goods in your shopping cart. You can select to spend some or all of your points in one go. You can check to see how many points you've earned from "My Account", and select the “My Points and Rewards" tab after logging in.

Promotional Codes

If you are using a Promotional Code for an order, you cannot Redeem Reward Points at the same time. However you will earn Reward Points for the order which you can then use for future discounts.

Refunds

If products are returned or refunded, the reward points awarded when purchased will be deducted from your account.

Expiry Date

Reward Points must be used within 365 days from the date they are earned, otherwise they will expire and be removed from your account.

Change in Earnings and Redemption Rates

Zippy Packaging reserves the right to alter the rate at which Reward Points are earned, or at which existing Reward Points may be redeemed. Only one account can be created per customer and any abuse of this is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent use of the programme will result in deletion of all related accounts and removal of all points.
